2-1-1 Yolo is a community information website for Yolo County residents. It provides a database of resources, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, schools and recreation and cultural programs. The database allows you to browse hundreds of health and human services online to find programs and resources that meet your needs. The site includes information on services for seniors and children, support groups, food closets, job assistance and more.

  • UC Davis Experts: The UC Davis faculty has broad expertise regarding aging and the elderly.
  • Fit for Life program at Campus Rec.  This program is designed for seniors 55 and older.  The program meets 5 days per week and is designed to be a complete program including strength training, cardio, and flexibility work.  Additionally, the group has an incredible social aspect that participants have created on their own, often meeting for Starbucks after class, having potlucks and social events.   Click HERE for the most recent schedule.
