Employee Experience Network

Based on feedback from past employee engagement surveys, we realized how important it is for action to be taken locally.

We understand that the most impactful actions are those taken by the supervisor at the team level. The goal of this network is to work alongside the Employee Experience Advisory Committees to communicate changes at the local level, where we can make the most difference.

We welcome anyone who is interested in improving the employee experience where they work.

Why participation is important?

Research finds that organizations with highly engaged employees see lower turnover and attrition, achieve higher performance, and are more successful overall. The Employee Experience Network is instrumental in helping to promote and foster employee engagement across the enterprise.
