Build resilience and foster your well-being with science-based mindfulness meditation, guided by Neesha Patel, PhD. This class is open to all UC and UC Davis community members, beginners, and experienced meditators alike.

Sessions: Mondays through August 31st (excluding 6/15, 6/29, 7/13, 7/27)

Time:  4:30-5 p.m.
