Bio
How I Work with Staff and Faculty
Taking a holistic, systemic approach to well-being, I blend relationship-centered and culturally responsive care with evidence-based strategies to help clients navigate life’s challenges with flexibility and resilience. Through a practical, collaborative style, I aim to support clients through strengthening their self-awareness and agency, building effective coping strategies, and connecting them with relevant community resources. My professional interests include addressing the unique stressors that affect the well-being of residents and fellows.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy trying local restaurants and coffee shops, spending quality time with friends and family, engaging in creative outlets, and relaxing by the water.
