Upcoming Zoom Classes

Preparing for Breastfeeding Like any new skill, breastfeeding takes knowledge and practice to be successful. This class introduces the basics of lactation so that you can get breastfeeding off to a good start.

Lactation After Returning to Work and School Lactation after returning to work and school can be challenging. Learn how to manage your work commitments while continuing to meet your breastfeeding and lactation goals.

 

Feeding Transitions - This class addresses the what, when, why, and how to introduce the developmental shift of infant breastfeeding to solid foods, and the initiation of the weaning process. This class can be taken at any time but we recommend taking it when your baby is 3+ months of age.

In-Person Support Group (Sacramento Only): Come as you are to our peer-driven Lactation Support group on Mondays (except holidays) from 3:30-5PM at the Glassrock Building, Room 7106 (2521 Stockton Blvd) to discuss personal experiences, challenges and triumphs in your baby's first year and beyond.  Parking is free.
