How I Work with Staff and Faculty
I believe in meeting people with compassion, genuine empathy, and a whole-person perspective. I take time to listen and understand your experiences, strengths, and challenges. My training gave me a strong, research-informed foundation, and I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). At the same time, I blend in other approaches — like mindfulness, humanistic, psychodynamic, spiritual, and systemic perspectives — so our work together feels personalized and meaningful.
My goal is to support your growth, help you build insight and confidence, and empower you to make choices that feel right for you.
I am truly grateful for the trust that clients place and I’m grateful to walk alongside them as part of their unique life journeys.
Personal Interests
I value relationships with friends and family. Traveling, nature walks, yoga and meditation are some other interests that I enjoy.
