The Shared Services Organization Human Resources Unit provides our clients with workforce administrative assistance.
Services include:
- Benefits Eligibility Inquiries
- Employment Status Inquiries
- Employment Documentation (ex: Employee Development Plan)
- Service Credit
- Leave Accrual Change/Inquiries
To submit a request for processing:
- Navigate to the AggieService Community Portal
- Select either Ask a Question to submit your inquiries
- Submit a Case and complete the Personnel File Management Request
- Attach any additional information/documents to the request/inquiry.
