Employee Experience Advisory Committees

Great employers ask staff about their experiences, listen to their feedback and take meaningful actions to improve.

Thanks to our Employee Experience Survey, we can better understand the perspectives and needs of our employees.

To help guide this effort, Chancellor May and Provost Croughan established a permanent Employee Experience Campus Advisory Committee on the Davis campus. In 2025, a parallel Employee Experience Advisory Committee for UC Davis Health was created. These committees:

  • Assess feedback to identify gaps, trends and best practices that enhance staff engagement
  • Recommend solutions and programs that improve the employee experience
  • Regularly review policies, practices and programs to provide informed advice to campus and health system leadership
