Thanks to our Employee Experience Survey, we can better understand the perspectives and needs of our employees.
To help guide this effort, Chancellor May and Provost Croughan established a permanent Employee Experience Campus Advisory Committee on the Davis campus. In 2025, a parallel Employee Experience Advisory Committee for UC Davis Health was created. These committees:
- Assess feedback to identify gaps, trends and best practices that enhance staff engagement
- Recommend solutions and programs that improve the employee experience
- Regularly review policies, practices and programs to provide informed advice to campus and health system leadership
