UC Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP): Call for Applications

Call for applications is now closed for 2019 Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP).

The program is designed to assess the management skills of high potential, early career supervisors, managers, and professionals for future leadership opportunities at the University of California. This integrated MSAP program will include participants from the entire UC system. The Fall 2019 program is scheduled for October 14–17, 2019 at the UCLA Conference Center in Lake Arrowhead.

UC Davis Talent Management and Development is pleased to offer the UC Management Development Program (MDP) in October-November 2018. Although the program cost is approximately $550 per participant, HR Talent Management and Development will be covering the cost for all selected participants.

Dear Colleagues:

In response to various reports, campus surveys, and guidance from the Office of the President, the UC Davis Taskforce on Workplace Climate recently recommended that all employees, especially those with supervisory roles, attend an anti-bullying training to advance our collective efforts to foster a positive working environment. A training module titled, Is It Bullying? Awareness and Strategies, was completed in 2016 and has been piloted on a limited basis on the Davis and Sacramento campuses.
