The CommUNITY Feedback Survey and Staff Experience Survey have provided valuable insights into employee satisfaction, indicating that employees were highly likely to recommend UC Davis as a great place to work, while simultaneously providing important feedback that has been utilized to launch a variety of initiatives and programs that focus on further improving the employee experience.
